Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and f999 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing access to and use of the f999 website located at f999.ad and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered through it.

Access to f999 and participation in any game, betting market or promotion on the platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their current form. These Terms apply alongside f999's Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Promotions page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the more specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.

f999 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of f999 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms should cease using the platform and contact support to close their account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account on f999 and use the platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. f999 operates exclusively for adults and underage gambling of any form is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or business registrations are not accepted for player accounts.
• You must not be an existing f999 account holder. Each individual is permitted one account only. Duplicate registrations will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of an f999 employee where such use would create a conflict of interest.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth and a valid contact number. f999 may at any time request documentation to verify the information you have provided. Failure to supply verification documents when requested may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals or account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any later stage is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance or pending prizes.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f999 login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. f999 will never ask for your password via chat, email or any other channel.

Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact f999 support immediately so that the account can be secured. f999 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or apps.
• Do not log into f999 on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Do not save your f999 password in a browser on a device that others have access to.
• Contact support immediately if you receive a password reset notification that you did not initiate.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on f999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your f999 balance as soon as the transaction confirms on the payment provider's side. There are no platform-side processing delays for JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits. Bank transfers and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank. f999 does not add any fee on top of your deposit amount.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered JazzCash or Easypaisa account. Withdrawals to bank accounts via Raast or bank transfer are also supported. Processing times are typically within minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals during standard operating hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if:

• Your account identity has not been verified.
• There is an active bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements still attached.
• The withdrawal request has been flagged for a routine security review.
• Technical maintenance is underway on the payment provider's side.

f999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit, or to an account verified as belonging to the registered player. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

f999 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bingo tickets, sports cashback during PSL and major cricket events, and periodic reload bonuses. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated on the promotion detail page. Unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal including those funds can be processed.
• Only wagers on eligible games count towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Real money balance is used before bonus balance when placing a bet, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Abuse of Promotions: f999 monitors bonus usage patterns. Where the platform identifies that a player or group of players is exploiting bonuses through low-risk hedging strategies, the platform reserves the right to void bonus funds, adjust winnings derived from abusive bonus play and, in repeated cases, restrict access to future promotions.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or entering a game on f999, you confirm that you understand the rules of that game or market and accept the outcome as final once the result is confirmed. The following general rules apply across all sections of the platform:

Sports Betting: All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, football and esports, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets accepted after the triggering event has occurred may be voided. Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds shown at the time of bet placement and confirmed on your bet slip are the odds that apply to that bet.

Slot Games: Slot games operate using a certified random number generator. Return to player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are available in the game information panel. f999 does not manipulate outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results after a spin has been initiated.

Bingo: Bingo rooms operate on a scheduled basis. Tickets purchased for a session are valid for that session only and cannot be transferred or refunded once the game has begun. Cricket Bingo rooms follow the same rules with additional match-linked prize triggers that are explained within the room interface.

Fish Games: Fish arcade games involve an element of player skill alongside randomised outcomes. Prize values are displayed within the game and are credited to the player's balance immediately upon winning.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on f999 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and, where confirmed, permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets, navigate the platform or interact with games in a way that gives an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players in real-time games such as bingo to manipulate outcomes or prize distribution.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through techniques designed to generate a guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit while minimising legitimate risk.
• Chargebacks — disputing a deposit transaction with your payment provider without first contacting f999 support. Chargeback fraud results in immediate account suspension and a block on future registration.
• Money laundering — using f999 for the purpose of processing, transferring or concealing funds derived from unlawful activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Impersonation — registering or operating an account using another person's identity, documents or payment details.
• Multiple accounts — operating more than one f999 account simultaneously or creating new accounts to circumvent a suspension or self-exclusion.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

f999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical issues at all times. The platform undergoes scheduled and emergency maintenance which may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, f999's liability to any player is limited to the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of any disputed incident. f999 is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the direct value of the player's account balance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot be legally excluded. If you believe a platform error has affected a bet or transaction, contact support with full details as soon as possible for investigation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

f999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date shown at the top. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform notification system or by email where a valid address is held on the account.

Continued use of f999 following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. No penalty applies for account closure following a Terms amendment.
